God placed a passion in my heart to share his message of grace and hope. I am currently looking for opportunities to speak at women’s retreats, events and workshops.
This journey started a few years ago when I started journaling to come to grips with the decisions of both of my grandfathers to commit suicide. Many months later after thorough self-reflection of my own struggles with depression along with the encouragement of friends and family led to the publication of “The D Diary”. The book looks at how God has held my hand through my very personal story of depression, anxiety and overall battles.
I have since published “Claim Your Crown” and a companion study guide that explores many “good” and “bad” women in the Bible, how God used them and how this relates to many issues that women of today struggle with such as self-image, forgiveness, and self-worth.
I am now working on my third book which takes an interesting look into the life of Eve. There are so many interesting facts about Eve such as she didn’t have a mother, she never went on a date, and she was the first to give birth. The book will explore these interesting facts and how they relate to women today. I’m confident the final book will result in a message both meaningful and fun for the reader.
My messages are not watered-down versions of faith; rather they are personal, raw and a real. They go straight to the heart. Generally my presentations relate straight to issues we each deal with on a daily basis such as anxiety, self-image and grace.
Many times I speak directly about my struggles with depression or themes from “Claim Your Crown”. However, I can adapt my message according to any theme and any size of audience.
I ask that you pray about your upcoming events and consider the positive impact my message could have on your participants and attendees. I look forward to exploring speaking opportunities with you and will pray to be ready to deliver a powerful message when the time comes.
